OUTbio: Greater New York is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and advancing LGBTQ+ professionals and their allies within the life sciences, biotechnology, and affiliated industries.
Established in 2022 as an independent branch of OUTbio Inc., which originated in Boston in 2015, the Greater New York chapter focuses on fostering inclusivity, professional development, and community engagement in the New York metropolitan area.
OUTbio: New York Through networking events, educational programs, and advocacy initiatives, OUTbio: Greater New York provides a platform for LGBTQ+ individuals to connect, share resources, and promote diversity within the life sciences sector.
The organization collaborates with industry partners and sponsors to create opportunities that support LGBTQ+ health and wellness, while also driving meaningful change toward a more inclusive and equitable industry landscape.
