Heath R. Ingram is a Partner at Goodwin, where he specializes in advising life sciences and healthcare companies, including biotechnology firms, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, and digital health enterprises, on a wide range of regulatory, transactional, compliance, and enforcement matters. His expertise encompasses areas such as fraud and abuse risk, value-based contracting, market access, and government investigations.
Heath also serves as the President and a Board Member of OUTbio: Greater New York, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering LGBTQ+ professionals in the life sciences industry. In this role, he contributes to fostering inclusivity and professional development within the sector.
Heath earned his J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law and simultaneously obtained an M.A. in Medical Humanities and Bioethics. He holds a B.A. summa cum laude from Miami University and is a former member of its Board of Trustees.
