Seray Cicek is a Senior Product Leader at PointClickCare Life Sciences, where she owns the end-to-end strategy and production of Study Buddy — an agentic AI platform powered by large language models that enables Life Sciences customers to turn terabytes of real-world patient data into research evidence.
With over seven years of experience in product management, she has a track record of bridging cutting-edge technology with practical healthcare applications.
Prior to PointClickCare, Seray founded LSK Technologies, a viral diagnostics company she built and successfully exited through acquisition in under two years.
Seray holds an MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a BASc in Engineering Science (Biomedical) from the University of Toronto. She is a Y-Combinator alumna, and holds 4 patents.
Seray is a recipient of the PointClickCare 2025 "Status NOT So Quo" Award, recognizing her commitment to fearless innovation and continuous learning.
