Sarah leads PPD’s data strategy, data governance, and data platforms and architecture.
Sarah most recently served as Senior Director, Data Science & Digital Health in the R&D organization at Johnson & Johnson, where she built and scaled a team dedicated to enhancing clinical trial design and execution through AI, real-world evidence, and advanced analytics.
With a passion for leveraging data-driven innovation to improve patient outcomes, Sarah brings over two decades of experience in data strategy, acquisition, governance, and analytics. Prior to J&J, she held a leadership role at ConcertAI. Sarah also spent 15 years at IQVIA, where she held a variety of roles in real-world evidence, product strategy, and post-merger integration. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in politics from Mount Holyoke College.
