Rob Terry is the Senior Vice President and Site Lead for TriRx Pharmaceutical Services' Huntsville, Alabama, facility, a pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). He has been with TriRx for seven years and has served as Site Lead for the past five, providing strategic leadership for manufacturing operations, quality, customer partnerships, and site growth.

Rob brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, personal care, distribution, and manufacturing industries. His career began in operations, where he advanced from Warehouse Supervisor to Manufacturing Supervisor before assuming increasingly senior leadership positions. Throughout his career, he has led manufacturing, packaging, logistics, supply chain, planning, and site operations, building high-performing teams while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Before joining TriRx, Rob spent the majority of his career with Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, which later became Par Pharmaceuticals. During his tenure, he progressed from Packaging Supervisor to Director and ultimately served as Interim General Manager, leading the site through significant organizational growth and change until its closure in 2018.

Following the closure, Rob served as Regional Director of Distribution for VWR, overseeing distribution operations across the southeastern United States, and later as General Manager for Voyant Beauty in Roanoke, Virginia. When TriRx acquired the former Par facility in Huntsville, Rob returned to Alabama to join the organization as Director of Manufacturing. He was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President and Site Lead, where he oversees TriRx's Huntsville manufacturing facility and its strategic growth.

Prior to his civilian career, Rob proudly served in the United States Army, attaining the rank of Non-Commissioned Officer before completing his military service. The leadership principles he developed during his military career continue to influence his approach to developing people, building teams, and leading organizations.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from The Ohio State University and an Executive MBA from The University of Alabama. He and his wife, Katie, have been married for 17 years and are the proud parents of five sons. Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his family and can usually be found cheering on his boys at their sporting events.

Rob is passionate about developing leaders, building high-performing organizations, and creating trusted partnerships that enable customers to deliver critical medicines to patients around the world. He believes that long-term success is achieved by investing in people, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and never losing sight of the patients who ultimately depend on the products his teams manufacture.
