Raffaele Pace is a senior executive with over 20 years of international experience across engineering, packaging, and pharmaceutical sectors. He has held leadership roles in R&D, product management, operations, and innovation, with full P&L responsibility and a strong track record in driving growth, efficiency, and business transformation in complex global environments.
Before joining Stevanato Group, he served as Vice President of Product Management & Digital Solutions at Sidel, where he led global product strategy, platform development, and digital transformation initiatives, including Industry 4.0.In 2020, he joined Stevanato Group as Vice President of Operations for the Engineering Systems Division, and subsequently became Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific in 2023, overseeing regional growth, strategy, and industrial planning.
In April 2025, Raffaele Pace was appointed President of the Engineering Business Unit at Stevanato Group, with global responsibility for operations, technological innovation, and industrial strategy for the segment's product lines: Glass Converting, Sterile Packaging, DDS Sub & Final Assembly, Secondary Packaging, and Vision Inspection. He oversees all business aspects, driving growth, profitability, and operational efficiency to achieve both financial and operational goals.
Raffaele holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Bologna Business School. He is a licensed professional engineer and has completed advanced programs in project management, operations, product strategy, and digital innovation.
