Priscille Joanno is a Senior Manager of Patient Recruitment & Engagement at the PPD™ clinical research business of Thermo Fisher Scientific, within the Patient First Digital Solutions department. With 17 years of experience in clinical research, starting her career as a Clinical Research Associate before advancing  to a position as a Clinical Manager, Priscille has extensive expertise in patient recruitment for clinical trials. Since 2022, Priscille has been leading recruitment strategies at the project level as a Patient Recruitment and Engagement Lead, while also managing a segment of the Patient Recruitment and Engagement Leadership (PREL) team. Priscille is passionate about educating project teams on patient recruitment strategies, with a strong emphasis on site engagement. Priscille's top priority is to serve customers by identifying the most effective recruitment and retention strategies tailored to their study needs, ultimately accelerating the availability of treatments for patients.
