Pep Gubau is the CEO, CTO, and Co-Founder of Aizon, a San Francisco–based SaaS company transforming pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing through AI-powered, GxP-compliant digital solutions.
Since founding Aizon in 2014, Pep has been instrumental in shaping the company's mission to enhance global health by leveraging AI to improve drug manufacturing processes. Under his leadership, Aizon has developed a platform that integrates structured and unstructured data to deliver real-time insights, predictive analytics, and operational intelligence across manufacturing sites.
Prior to Aizon, Pep founded and led Gnuine, focusing on software development and cloud architecture for critical real-time SaaS platforms, which was later acquired. He also served as CEO and CTO of Physis, specializing in mission-critical software development and high-availability architecture for industrial IT infrastructures.
Pep holds a degree in Economics from the Universitat de Barcelona.
