Dr. Kai Lipinski is Chief Scientific Officer at Recipharm's viral vector business and a recognized leader in viral vector process and manufacturing development. With more than 25 years of experience spanning viral vectors, cell culture, and biologics manufacturing, he has held key scientific and operational leadership roles since joining Vibalogics in 2010. Following Recipharm's acquisition of Vibalogics in 2021, Kai has continued to lead scientific innovation and development strategy across the organization. He earned his Ph.D. in molecular biology and virology from the University of Essen, Germany, and is the author of numerous peer-reviewed publications and patents in the field.
