She has deep expertise in lentiviral and gamma-retroviral vectors, large-scale manufacturing, and molecular biology. Dr. Dickson previously held research roles at Queen’s University Belfast, University College London, and King’s College London, contributing to leukemia and gene therapy programs. Her work focuses on advancing vector safety, scalability, and specificity for cell and gene therapies. She holds a Ph.D. in hematopoietic cell biology and remains committed to innovation in haemato-oncology and vector engineering.
