Gian Carlo holds a Finance degree from Florida International University and completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. He began his career at AmeriKooler, becoming President & CEO in 2013 and transforming it into one of the nation’s fastest-growing cold storage manufacturers.
Under his leadership, AmeriKooler earned multiple industry awards, and Gian Carlo received honors including the South Florida Business Journal’s Apogee Award, 40 Under 40 listing, and recognition from the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for his philanthropy.
With a century of family roots in manufacturing, he founded Ark MFG to revitalize U.S. manufacturing through stewardship, reinvestment, and culture-building. His mission: to create long-term value, empower employees, and elevate American industry.
