Brett Alderson is the General Manager of BioCina’s Perth facility and a seasoned pharmaceutical leader with more than 25 years of experience in sterile manufacturing. Before joining BioCina, Brett held numerous leadership roles at Pfizer (Perth) Pty Ltd, including five years as Site Head, where he led a team of 500 and oversaw the production of over 300 Oncology and sterile injectable products for global markets. Brett is known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to drive operational excellence through times of change. He is passionate about mentoring diverse teams and fostering a culture built on transparency, quality, and client focus. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Curtin University and brings deep expertise in commercial manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
