Aaron Lee leads the Ingredients + Specialties from Univar Solutions’ global Health & Nutrition team (food, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical Ingredients) and has spent the last nine years in leadership roles with the Univar Solutions’ organization.  His main role and responsibilities include leading a team of 320 professionals in sales, product management, technical, and marketing.  In addition, he helps lead supplier development and M&A initiatives within the global Ingredients + Specialties business.  Previously, Aaron held leadership positions in the company’s Homecare & Industrial Cleaning (HIC) business unit, as well as leading a surfactants and chelants organization across North America. Prior to joining Univar Solutions specialty ingredient business, Aaron spent 11 years with Pilot Chemical in various leadership positions including Global Sales Manager, North American Sales Manager, and Distribution Sales Manager. He also spent four years at Velsicol Chemical, which is now a part of Eastman.  Aaron has a master’s degree of business administration (MBA) in finance and entrepreneurship from DePaul University and bachelor of science degree from Loyola University Chicago.
